INTERACTIVE KIOSK
Project Description
Miosótis is a grocery store that exclusively sells organic products located in the heart of Lisbon.
The objective was to design an interactive Kiosk that would provide possible combinations and recipes when an item is picked, to help make new products be known based on the user’s typical choices. This will help clients learn about new products that they might actually want, but didn’t know they were there.
Process Followed
In order to seamlessly introduce this new product into the store it was decided that it would be made out of wood. To add some challenge to the project we mostly used wood from two decommissioned pallets
Product Outcome
All the product information available from the store was compiled into a program. The said program was placed on a Raspberry Pie so it could be subtly hidden from sight. The Pie would then be connected to the touch screen.
